    Has anyone any experience rebuilding the basic - ie not adjusting- runner.

    There are two long slider parts, two little wheels with rubber inserts and two ball bearings. I can work out where the two little wheels go, and probably how I can fit them. It is then all a little bit loose. I guess the ball bearings keep everything tight but can't out work out where they fit. Help needed. Pics attached

    Do a search. Someone did a very detailed write-up about rebuilding the rails.

    Thanks guys, found it and now know what to do. Doing it might be more of a problem :)
    Incidentally - I had done a search but hadn't found it.
