    Any welder can do it locally. It's cheap too...but it could break off again too depending on several conditions.

    Call Stanton Welding (Tom) 714-527-1598 he’s been a welder for 40 years and can weld just about anything and he was able to weld something for me in the past that other welder couldn’t do.

    For the Scud, that 02 protrudes out too much. It hits something in the car on vibration. Look for an L shaped extender.

    Looks like that may need a patch to thicken up the area where you are welding too. Thin welded stainless doesn't support moment loads well and likes to crack.
    You dont want that happening again.
