2009 California Retractable External Rearview Mirrors

    When I received the Cali, the external rear view mirrors were retracted and when I was messing with the internal controls they extended. Unless I missed something in the User's Manual, I did not see how to operate them. Can someone please tell me where and how the controls work to retract and extend the external rear view mirrors.

    On my Cali T, you turn the mirror control adjustment knob to 6:00 (down position) and they fold in.

    It's on the owners manual.

    There's a switch on the driver side door to control the angle of the side view mirrors. Same switch controls the folding of the side view mirrors.

    Turn that switch to the left until it clicks on the next detent position and the mirrors will fold in.

    I fold mine once inside my garage so that mirrors are out of the way.
