Easy choice for me. I buy them to drive them, and I can't get into the pre FI cars. To primitive and underpowered. But I'm still old and love manuals. So I like the cars from 1995 to 2010. In that range the F50 is king: Modern enough to be reliable, F1 V12 engine mounted amidship, and a manual! Yellow, of course. :)

After driving a lot of Ferraris, most loaned, a few that I owned, I did not hesitate for a second thinking about which would be my choice as the only one.
288 GTO, no other model before or after has made as much impression on me as that car the first time I got behind the wheel.
Unfortunately it is beyond my budget now, missed my opportunity to get one about 7-8 years ago when the prices were still attainable for me.

I think we did this a few weeks ago.

I spent half an hour then switching back and forth between a 365GTB/4 and a 330GTC, thinking usability and heritage and overall magnificence.

Went with the Daytona then. Going with the GTC now. Black or navy blue with Borranis, please.

I'll put in for the 412P as an all-time favorite, but if I'm getting something I'm using it as much as possible.

There is no way I'd want an old Ferrari. No power, difficult to drive, hot in the summer. I would chose a Portofino, which I already have. The GTC4Lusso that I have is perfect too, faster, V12 sound, but the Portofino makes perfect V8 noise.

On second thought, an 812 GTS, V12, top down, and MODERN electronics, the PERFECT choice.

F50 or 812 … I'd have to really ponder if they were both in front of me with "Free" signs on them :)

i've always coveted a 250gt california. perhaps not corsa rossa if the correct example presented itself.

while in possession of said, not wanting to be trailed by the current crop of french revolutionairies.

cars do not cause the conflict with these *******s, the owner does!

My problem is I don't fit into the early bangers. Probably the earliest I fit is a 275 GTB. I also love a 330 GTC, and I've heard the 365 GTC is the best driver. A/C in the old cars is marginal though. I'd probably go with a LaFerrari. Or what is that new one, SP1 something that can only be driven on the track? I'd just plop some tags on it and drive on the streets. If I had that kind of money, I could handle a few tickets.
