For Sale 2020 Corvettes

We have 2 cars on the ground.

One is Yellow with Carbon Stripes and black and grey interior. Z51, 2LT

The other is Silver/ Red Z51 3LT

As you probably know, Covid-19 halted manufacturing for some time, and there are rumors of more production delays. As such, 2020 corvettes are a hot commodity.

The price for each is $20k over sticker. You'll be buying the position from us and the car directly from the Chevy dealer, so you'll be the first owner. Stickers are in the low $80's

Lets see 20 over for an almost 1 year old vehicle. GLWS there's one born every minute.none will be over MSRP in 2021 and expect discounts by 2022

 

We don't set the market, we just live in it. $20k is the market right now. No different than paying over for Ferraris that eventually drop in price. Scarcity and not waiting are worth something to some people. If you're not one of those people, that's ok, but don't denigrate them for paying for what they want.

 

That may or may not be the market. Time will tell. The ones I see priced in that range seem to languish, but like I said time will tell. The silver/red one sounds cool.

 

We sold 3 in the last 2 week sat that price. So that's our indicator.

 

Sorry I have a Convertible coming in for the first run with an MSRP of about 90.

That is the market right now as many people may not like it. I want one for msrp, but can't find right now so I'll wait. At least he's not making you buy a lusso to get it.

 

Come on guys. This is capitalism. Some people fly on private planes at 10X the cost of a First Class ticket on Delta. Some people pay $20,000 over MSRP for the convenience of not having to jack with it. I say spend it if you got it. The seller’s job is to get every dollar, the buyer’s job is to save every dollar. Most of people that complain about ADM’s and the like are happy to mark up their homes as high as possible when it comes time to sell them. If the C8 can be had cheaper, those that consider that important will find those cars.

 

I have no problem with charging over MSRP on anything. If you can get away with it, go for it.

 

Supply and demand except when I'm on the losing end, lol. I'd love to see someone make an offer on a house based on what the owner bought it for.

Most would agree that time = $, so getting something 6-24 months sooner than you would otherwise has value, pretty simple, but still somehow one of the biggest divides on here.

Let’s not forget, MSRP is Manufacture “SUGGESTED” Retail Price. The market adjusts accordingly. If a seller asks over it and gets it that’s just the market. I never hear anyone complaining when they pay under MSRP. So why point out when people pay over.

 

The guy should have just said to call for pricing with links to the cars. Only three ways it can go posting prices on an open forum, Good, Bad and the Ugly.

He probably not wrong i personally own 3 Chevy dealerships and are sold out for 2 years. Even tried to order one myself and can’t get one. Also they are going for 20-30 over at Manheim, guess I am stuck with my 570s spider, and 458.

 

I've had several offered at list no interest on my part. All hype.
