Too much F1 fluid shouldn't have any effect on being able to put it in first gear.

That's a lot of fluid on the ground. Get your fluid level correct and see if that helps.

Please use punctuation so it's easier for us to read, so we can help you.

I just want to make sure you follow the correct procedure you should turn the car key on without starting the car let the motor pressurize and then measure ... it''s going to be less than a quarter inch from the plate on the bottom of the reservoir... anything more will spill out after shutting car down ...if you don't have that much in there and it's still leaking that you definitely have the hose or something that is leaking ..or a cracked reservoir

If you're adding fluid and the pump is not running, and it's leaking onto the floor, you have a cracked reservoir, accumulator or hose. This is probably why it won't shift into first gear. F1 systems need pressure to operate. If there's a significant leak like you have, it won't build or hold pressure.

Maybe you're checking the fluid level under the wrong conditions? As specified by the TSB, you're supposed to check with the engine off and cold. Open the driver door so the f1 pump primes itself... then check the fluid level.

Check the solenoids, hoses , hose connections and accumulator.. look for leaks

I would not keep key on too long since you may burn out pump from trying to keep pressure up

I would think you could do it yourself. Lots of You Tube videos that may be of some help to you.

Looks like I’m probably gonna have to jack it up, do you have any jacks you recommend without spending too much and looks like I’m gonna ha e to invest in launch x431 do you have that

Not sure the budget so here are a few ideas

    Rhino ramps
    Race Ramps
    Jackpoint jack stand system
    Quick jack

Once you find out where the leak is exactly we can assess the amount of work / effort involved and then you can decide if you can handle

Get two if that is the way you decide . Also don't forget wheel chucks for opposite end

Read up on undetray removal .. that also will play into decision

The race ramps have a setup where the runway is removable and you end up with just tires on cribs ..

The disadvantage of ramps and cribs is that not for any suspension or well work of course

Here is s few searches in Google

    Type

    Undetray removal ferrari 360 ferrarichat

jacking up a ferrari 360 ferrarichat

    Race Ramps ferrarichat

Look at the posts that get returned from these 3 searches or any you decide to do and get familiar with jacking technics, ramps etc ..also get some tips and pics along the way

    No

That is your power steering reservoir .. the fluid is similar to what you are using in the f1 system

That’s what happened then I read manual wrong thinking that was what went in their, I put that in their that must have caused the problem with the leak, Man I’m a f**** idiot. So can use the same stuff that I use in f1 in their, obviously now I’m gonna have to flush out system. That’s what happened when I read manual it looked like that was what went there.

Yep so I’m gonna have to flush it out. That must have caused something to bust or break,Do you recommend getting the launchx431 to do the flush I guess from reading it can help detect lots of things.
