    I used hockey pucks for the pads between the jack and the car, they worked great on the front and back. I had to use two different jacks, a low profile one and set the car tires on blocks of wood, then a larger jack to get the tires high enough to put it on my ramps. I used the blocks of wood under the gap in the ramps in case the ramps collapsed.

    Thank you so much @spvisd for the detailed write-up, this is hugely helpful! An FYI on the ATE Super Blue, it seems it is no longer readily available, I reached out to ATE, this was their response (I presume they may have run into an issue with the dye they were using?):

    That is correct what you say, the ATE brake fluid ATE Super Blue Racing is no longer offered
    for sale in the ATE Aftermarket.
    The replacement for these brake fluid is the ATE Typ 200.
    The difference between the 2 fluids is only the blue color from the ATE Super blue racing.
    Otherwise they are identical.
