    Ive built a car also well 2 and even though I don't have them anymore I have many photos and I can see where he is coming from , its a part of my life also. There is a very big difference between building and just buying

    I have to say I too like the Speciale front end better than the stock 458. Nice job.

    Would I do it even if I could afford it? No, but I understand and you did it right.

    No, unfortunately. It takes lots of small parts as well as a diffuser and an exhaust

    Well, i think just like some songs, some cars are special for a certain time period in our lives, that’s how I think of this car,
    i have other cars as well, much more expensive than this italia, but none of them feels like I mentioned above.

    I disagree. Is a house, your home, just a place to live and keep you out of the elements? Is a diamond ring on your wife's hand just a mounted mineral? Is your child's science fair First Place Ribbon just a $5 piece of polyester?

    All these things make a life. IMO a car is no different.
    And to be sure while I'm an old sentimental fool, I myself do not feel the same about my cars. I like some more than others but some reason I don't get that attached to them as much.
    But I surely can understand why someone does.

    Man, car looks good but with the amount of money you spent, why not just buy a Speciale? Its a good thing you think this car is your life cause you are stuck with it for the rest of your life.
