430 Control device missing code on radio

    Guys, my radio says control device missing and has a 1 minute timer. Shuts off after one minute. None of the buttons respond during this time period. I tried searching the web but not coming up with anything. Any insight? Thanks!

    Anyone else have this problem? I see it intermittently as well, Infotainment Manual isn't much help. Seems to describe a situation in which the faceplate has been removed and not properly seated.

    Try taking the left hand section with the knob off- you release it by sliding the ferrari badge sideways. Clean up the connections and replace it. No idea if it helps but worth a try..

    I cleaned my connectors with electrical spray and it fixed it

    When u remove that small side panel, it uncovers the slot to insert the release key on that side
