I would think since they already had Covid shutdowns we wouldn't be seeing much in the way of these August breaks across Europe?
There are labor driven stipulations across Italy in August. I am sure the Unions would have some say in any arbitration impacting mandatory leave.
Closed last Monday. Do not have a reopen day but I was told near the end of August. I know this definitively since my finished GTS is sitting at the factory awaiting reopening before it can be moved to the next stage.

Ferrari said on their second quarter conference call last week that they decided to take the traditional August shutdown even though they were down 7 weeks for Covid and earlier thought they might work a modified or reduced August schedule. They said they lost 2000 units of production during the shutdown and hope to make up 500 units working some Saturday’s.
