Bigdaddy saying theirs dont work on 360.
I’m using big daddy on my 360 successfully. 2001 modena- After market headers, stock cat pipes. Had rear o2 readiness cel, then it went away w the big daddy mini cats.
Further—- but I’m understanding Ferrari where inconsistent in cat readiness thresholds for cel on a year by year or perhaps random basis.... so results may vary. Perhaps tied to lunar cycles jk. just love italia engineering I might of just got lucky
Mmmh. This car will have topspeed headers, TS 200 cats, and capristo muffler. Does straight vs right angled make a difference?
I have top speed headers stock cats and cs muff. I’m running straight big daddies mini cat. I have read angled can read less than straight, so not sure if this makes a diff. I have some angles extenders w no cat mat’l you can try, and return if it does not work. due to the variability and lack of understanding of the cat readiness threshold values I’m afraid this might be a trial and error ordeal. I think mase and trev can tune this out as a option
https://www.maxspeed-motorsports.com/store/p519/O2_Sensor_Check_Engine_Light_Fix_Large_O2_Bung_with_mini_catalytic_converter_2005__Models.html Here you go. Big Daddies products do not work often. This above does work & is the same product that Fabspeed sells for twice as much.
Call MASE to confirm this. But I believe that is correct. As long as the CEL is ONLY for rear cat readiness there should be no danger to driving. But call MASE.
Thats right. The Big Daddys is really just an extender. That is the functional part. The material inside their "mini cat" is basically for aesthetics. The product that I provided the link for on the other hand is an actual mini cat. Its the same as the Fabspeed $180 mini but for $89... You will have to live without the Fabspeed laser etched logo tho.
