I was told it had been done before with 348 engines and Buick transmissions for ARCA racing. Just wondering what you guys have seen?

I have been involved with racing many years. Not sure what ARCA car would run a 348 engine with a Buick trans. We had a Spice IMSA GTP with a 348 engine in it. One of the best sounding cars I have ever driven, shifting at 10,000 was unreal. The engine builder said we could go to 11,500 but the Stack dash stopped at 10k, he said "Just go a little after 10 and it will be fine." I opted for 10k.
My real answer should be, "I have a gnarly set of tools and a bad ass skill set. I can make it work."
