While certainly impressive, I do find these types of large scale collections little sad as it often means that some or many individual cars in them aren't seeing much regular "as intended" use and can even become somewhat neglected. Hopefully this is not one of those cases.

Does anyone have those photos of that 250 GTO/Mclaren F1 rally that took place a few years ago? It was on the East Coast of the US. I think a few Alfa 8Cs were in attendance too.

Bev Spencer, formerly a Buick and Ferrari dealer in San Francisco, with 4219, according to Motor Binder by Roy Spencer, Bev’s son. The car was repainted in US racing colors and raced extensively on the west coast. The tow car is a Buick Riviera, several of which were used for this purpose by Spencer between 1963 and 1965.
