I suggest taking it off completely and using adhesive to put it back on for a good fit

 

Are you talking about shield, item 15? If so, you can see it’s secured from behind by nuts. If it’s coming unglued, it’s an aftermarket piece, likely held by double-sided tape. Repair is by removing, cleaning off all old tape and using new 3M 5952 VHB tape. It’s very thin, but strong when applied correctly. Be sure to mark the exact location before you remove it because there is no location recess to show the location unless your car came with the OEM shields.

It sound like you have an aftermarket stick on. The original are metal shields embossed into the metal fenders. Here is a close up of mine.

This was a factory option. Not all 360s have the shields.
