Hello…. I need some assistance with this small Allen set screw that is required to adjust the float sensor plant inside the K-Jet Bosch fuel distribution system. Apparently when I purchased my 1985 308 GTS QV (US car) years ago… someone made a “home-made” adjustment device by using a rubber tip on a rivet. See blue box in picture. I believe it should be a 3mm Allen set screw but… I don’t know the length or the pitch of the treads. I was hoping someone could measure or knows more about this so that I can find one. Please PM me or reply back on this thread.

Looks more like a home made plug to close the opening as it should be. The Allen screws is down underneath that plug.

Wow... I can't believe it, I had to look way down inside with a flashlight to see the extremely hard to see the Allen screw. So yes its there!.. Had no idea, however if it was missing that would mean the car wouldn't function at all...

Yea that's just the plug. Mine has a slotted set screw and I have to use a magnet next to my screwdriver to ensure I don't lose it so what you have is actually better, maybe I'll make one - lol. d;-)
