It has been repainted red at some point in its life.

The owner has passed on and his estate is currently taking offers.

It is awesome to see that such cars can be located in this day and age, what’s even better is if someone rescues it.

Are there any J.C. Whitney catalogs amongst the paperwork?

    I LOL’d!

Between the fender shields, seat inserts, gold wheels, cylinder heads, and so on, it really shouldn’t be called a “Barn Find”.

That implies some level of original preservation.

    :)

Exactly, as that's the origin/premise of 9 (or more) out of 10 of them there "barn finds".
One of these days, someone is going to attempt romanticize terms like "field find", "forest find", "swamp find" or "wrecking yard find" for marketing purposes.

People have been doing that since the dawn of time, regardless of make/model or cost/value of the item, be it an automobile, boat, house, sun glasses or wheel barrow and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Some “touches” just aren’t necessarily as appealing to or appreciated by others, but that’s why they are “personal”.

Some people even spec out new cars they’re ordering, although majority seem to lack individualism and more often than not final product appears to have been (too?) strongly influenced by resale consideration, no matter how many “personalization” boxes are/were checked in the forms.

Thank you. I sold the car several years short of its 2018 high. But I doubled my money!
