New Style Ferrari Charger

    My 488 GTB has come with a new style charger, the p/n is 803879 (It is like the one in the picture below taken from the Ferrari literature). I have no manual and I and can't find any information online about it. When you plug it into the car you get one red light.
    Does anyone have one, if so, do you have a manual. Are they better or same as CTEK type ?

    No idea.

    I go with any ordinary trickler fron around $ 50.

    They work fine in my 458 …

    It's a normal AGM battery, oem from Italy ?

    This charger came with my new 2020 812. When you plug it in, a red light will blink 6 times and then become yellow. When the car is charged, it will turn green. It is simple and doesn't heat up like the CTEK. Also, the attached electrical cables can be wound up inside the base for storage/travel. So far, so good!

    I have this charger with my 2019 488 GTB. Just plug it in the wall and connect the magnetic plug onto the port on rear bumper just to the right above license plate. That’s all you do. They single light will go from red to amber to green when charged. I didn’t get any manual with mine either...plug and play it just works. My car lives on the trickle charger.

    It's a good looking charger, but the cables look a little short?

    My 488 GTB was delivered August 2018 I have the red older one. My mate got his in November and he has the new one.
