Both Haas not running in FP1, far too much of this occurs, maybe Gene Haas should replace his yelling team manager....

 

And look at the tail end of the times in FP1: All Ferrari engined cars save the Williams duo.

 

And the one thing they all have in common together with the other slowest of the bunch Alpha Tauri? That stupid wide flat nose. Everybody else has left it behind, about time Ferrari abandons it too! Can’t be a coincidence, especially on a fast track. Car has looked the same since Marchionne

 

A total of eight posts after FP1 at Spa no less? That is a sad commentary on the current state of Ferrari and F1.

Can you do a pitch for FP2 ?

 

Apparently they had one designed, but the current circumstances set other priorities.

The difference in performance is not that big for the time it needs to build and crash test it, and they´d have to spend tokens that are needed for other things.

Seems like the results should be reversed, but no. Amazing how fast the balance of power can shift in F1.

As Ferrari fans, i think we are entitled to a minimum of explanation regarding this massive failure.
What really happened with the engine last years ?
Why so few aerodynamic evolutions when the number of engineers is large ?
Why don't Misters Camilleri and Elkann intervene to restore order ?
Why such passivity ?

 

As long as members of the unwashed masses, like myself, keep buying the merch, what do they care?

It's all just a bottom line now, depressing as it is to come to terms with.

Ferrari remains buried. They will have to fight tomorrow to make it even into Q2.

Then again with rain on Sunday the grid won't really matter.

 

With such results of the Scuderia, who has said I'm not proud to have a Ferrari ???
