A few weeks ago rolling to a stop sign, the brakes on my 360 turned to a sponge on me. Dropped the car off at a very reputable local shop. They noticed that the line for the front brakes coming out of the master cylinder to the ABS unit had little or no pressure and replaced the master cylinder. Then there was still little to no fluid flowing out of the ABS unit to the two independent front brake lines. The big problem right now is there seems to be no ABS units in stock anywhere and I'm not real confident in buying a used unit. I'm wondering if the whole unit needs replaced or if its more of an electrical issue with the module (Assuming the pump is still working since the rear breaks are getting power to them). Has anyone else had a similar problem? Or maybe any insight? The car is a 2000, approx 17,000 miles, No ABS/ASR light.
