Hey, has anyone purchased from Scuderia car parts ? If so, would you recommend them?
I made my first parts purchase from them about a year ago. Were very friendly and helpful. Matched prices I had from Eurospares/Ricambi. Even sourced a part from Hill Engineering for me to save having to place 2 orders. Only down side was they only ship via UPS so freight was a bit more (I'm in Australia). Overall a good experience.
I have and been very pleased. Usually cheaper then others and still oem Ferrari Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I like them a lot. Have used them for Ferrari, Maserati and Aston Martin bits. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
They're good. I ordered a new intake manifold from them for my 360. It wasn't easy to find. I recommend them.
I just ordered a few parts for my F430, and after searching around Eurospares had the best prices even with shipping from the UK
I purchased from them recently. Very good service and quick shipping. The only downside is that they do not stock all of their parts in the US. The part that I ordered was shipped from their warehouse in England via DHL. The cost of shipping and import duties added some extra expense that would not have been there if the item was already in the US. Still a good value.
I used to buy parts from them. But since their sales guy left end of last year, the replacement is not as responsive.
Not a fan for 2 reasons: 1. The website I went to was called Scuderia Car Parts USA, but there is absolutely nothing USA about it. I find that rather dishonest. 2. Their shipping upcharges are beyond ridiculous. I've ordered tons of stuff from the UK and have never had to pay $200+ for shipping. There wasn't anything big or heavy either. Redacted quote below. Stick with Ricambi and Eurospares. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I ordered a part and then asked to cancel it. They said no because it was a special order part (360 new style had cap). I could see their point, but it soured me to their biz. I'll stick with Ricambi America.
I just ordered from them an OEM Ferrari part, instead I was sent an aftermarket part which is pictured on their site and definitely ain't the OEM. While I'm ok with this, I'm not ok with the upcharge of $X when I didn't receive the OEM part. I'm hoping someone in the shipping dept just pulled the wrong item. We shall see once they get up over the pond. Other than that.. great pricing, easy website to navigate and fast delivery. Will update on the "mix-up" and resolution. Good luck. I ordered a couple lower shock bolts from Scuderia Car Parts. I waited two weeks for them to special order them...then a week delivery, so total of three weeks. Not terrible, and they kept me informed. But they instead shipped me two tiny machine screws! It took a week of emailing photos of the package, screws and paperwork before they finally admitted fault, ordered the correct bolts and shipped them. In all, it took over five weeks to finally get what I ordered. I won't be using them again. We have better options...Ricambi America, Eurospares, etc.
i buy many parts from scuderia car parts if part in stock they dispatch same day with dhl (3 day delivery to dubai).Eurospares delivery prices is higher than scuderia (4 day delivery to dubai).if the part price and delivery better than the other companies do not hessitate order from them good company.
I recently purchased something from them. Price was much better than the dealer and delivery was within a few days. Communication was excellent as well.
Yes to Ferrparts and scuderia. Scuderia is a great place for parts. no issues. Ferrparts can be hit and miss but they have used parts as well. windshields etc. I haven't had a "bad" experience with them.
Superformance UK is also pretty good. Between Ricambi and these guys I am covered! http://www.superformance.co.uk/
Yes, aren't they the dismantlers. If that's the one I am thinking they are good can be your only choice if you need a NLA part. I think they started selling some aftermarket carbon stuff a few years ago and at the time it was the fiberglass blacked stuff that isn't my cup of tea.
