Still a perfect car. Ken's design remains futuristic. I especially love the carbon fibre engine cover.
Congratulations on your beautiful automobile. Or should I say art. Happy to see such a enthusiastic owner. Absolutely beautiful.
Thanks...! I‘ve just completed my order of the following; 2 new headlights 4 new wheel 4 new tire valve stems 4 new wheel nuts 4 new wheel caps and lips I’m going to perfect and refinish the original Items, however I am too fussy and always like to keep spares - or I might throw all the new gear on the car and get it ready for concours. Also replacing every nut, bolt and washer on the under tray. I can’t help myself...
Huge congrats! She is a Diva! By luck a close friend of mine bought one in 2006. He lives 2 miles from my home and in despite I know this car for years she still makes my heart beat stronger every time I see her! I had the luck to drive it but no need that to enjoy her, yes the gearbox appears a bit slow vs actual Ferrari cars, no issue. The lonely little issue is the oil coolers located in the rear fenders wich had some leakage 2 times in 14 years, no big deal but oil can fall on the tires so need to be checked sometimes. Enjoy this magic machine in good health! P.
Looks wonderful but trouble is you will hate to drive it for fear of making it dirty! My F40 has done almost 70k km and still looks fantastic but I’m happy to drive it (in the dry!).
One of my F40’s has 103,500kms! unfortunately all those kms weren’t done by me Image Unavailable, Please Login
