    I am contemplating buying or leasing a Ferrari in the near future. I am going to the local Ferrari dealership this weekend to explore. I am leaning towards the 488 spider. I love the F8 spider, but I assume because I am not a current Ferrari owner that is not possible. To get my feet wet in the Ferrari world a pre owned would be the best option I have read. Any tidbits anyone can offer with regards to best practices for buying and/or leasing? I appreciate any feedback you can offer.

    One quick tip. I would call the dealership tomorrow and set up an appointment with a salesperson. You will be taken a little more seriously and not just as a proverbial tire kicker. ;)

    I dont think you will get much trouble acquiring a F8 Spider. This is not a limited edition, and they will produce them as long as they have customers for them. I'm sure your dealer will find you a slot... It might not be tomorrow delivery, but you'll eventually get it.
