Hi all, having recently acquired a Testarossa am finding a few small issues that need resolving, namely that the bonnet keeps falling unless I manually hold it open. There doesn't appear to be any struts to assist with keeping it open, and I was wondering if there is a mechanism or other means of keeping it open, and if so, can it be adjusted?
Also, the cover of one of the seat belt buckle receptacles is missing and I cant seem to find these as a spare part item, are these a common item? Perhaps used on other Italian manufactured cars?

The struts for the front trunk are down near the hinge next to the folded headlights

Thanks very much for that, sorry about the vernacular, here in Australia the bonnet is in the front and the boot is in the back. I'll pop my head under the bonnet today and see if i can see the struts.

You can use the modial struts. They are stronger and cheaper
