    Personally, I have a DashMat brand polycarpet cover in my 308. I simply laid it on the dash, but did not bother using any of the velcro fasteners to attach it. The dashmat stays put even with the targa top off, and this makes it simple to take out for routine cleaning of the dash. Hope this helps...

    I use a piece of black felt draped over the instrument pod for those (rare, for me, at least) times where sun glare is a problem.
