Sounds like it is more a hobby than a business. Get cool cars and a tax write-off at the same time.
Hi there I think you may have it the wrong way round. The WSR cars had the standard brake package. With red painted callipers. The Schumacher Option Cars could be specified with the full Fiorano race package. It’s in Nathans Book and the Carrozzeria Scaglietti Schumacher Option Package book. If you want to lots of Schumacher car details search “550Schumacher” on Instagram. I’ve driven both and there is quite a difference. R Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
My research points to FHP having different pads, but Identical calipers and rotors. Hardly the same level as either the brembo kits or oem GTC kits on the 575

Affirmative, the only difference between the standard and FHP brakes were Pagid Orange 4-4 brake pads for both the 550 and 575M. The only difference between 550 and 575M brakes was one piston size on the rear calipers.
Aha. Well, my old 550 was Manual for the track. No F1 at that time so I’m attached to it. It also came with a flight case of bits and pieces. I was taught by Peter Gethin at Goodwood who won the F1 Monza race in the early 1970 and held the fastest F1 average speed for a race for 30 years - but I soon realised I wasn’t good enough by a long way. He’s sadly passed away now. However the car (550) did come with a lot of different bits to the standard car. One of the Maranello sheets has a long list. Including race exhaust etc etc. However if you are sure it’s a standard 550 with a few extras I’ll go by your advice. I still think it’s absolutely beautiful (as are the 575s) especially when they don’t burn a hole in your pocket). R Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Hi there Yes that’s my old 550. And you’ll recognise my old F355 3 time Pirelli winner in red to the right as well. It was a lovely day and so nice to meet lots of old Ferrari friends. There was a beautiful 250 GTO and a super Mk1 GT40 that made me smile (amongst many others). R
There were so many. Something for everybody. The GT1 sounded like the Devil had just woken up. R Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
