    Hi,

    I sold a Ferrari Roma lithograph to Northern Irland to Neil Martin, after 2 shipments (first came back) he opened a claim at ebay and he got his money back and the lithograph for free.

    After sending him a couple of reminders to pay the lithograph (cause it was delivered) he sold my lithograph again on his ebay acount!! Who is having more experience with this young guy from Bangor Down in Northern Irland?

    Ebay has made it nearly impossible to manage these sorts of issues now. I gave up on Ebay long ago because of this sort of problem.
