OK, that explains what I saw Wednesday afternoon in Orange County, VA- they were practicing. They made about 3-4 passes

I've also seen the bi-wings flying over my place at times in the past. Will start watching the skies soon.

Hope the weather can hold out for the next 2 1/2 hours. It looks like it wants to start raining here at any minute but not under the green color yet. Hopefully DC will be spared by a few miles.
