TMC triangle error sign

The symbols are shown around page 113 in your owner's manual, if you have a copy handy.

I'm not sure what you mean by TMC, but if it's a yellow triangle like the one shown below, it's usually just a general warning that something is wrong some place (this can also randomly show up when you have a low battery and there is an electrical issue). This is why it's good to always have a strong battery or switch over to a Lithium battery, such as the Braille.

Nothing in the owner's manual? TMC = Tire Monitoring ??? Nothing in my 488 owner's manual.

 

I think I saw it once on my 458 or my 488. I think it's covered in the navigation manual or something. It's sort of like the emergency broadcast system, but for traffic info. I don't believe we have it down where I live, but up in big cities (like SF) I believe they use it more commonly.

You can download the manual there also I think. If you look at this pic on the thread (see below), you can see they mention the Traffic Message Channel (TMC) stuff in the manual there. On my 458, I turned it off and we just used the Waze app on my girlfriend's iPhone.
