    Just found out this 88 silver over red TR with less than 3k miles, is being offered for sale. It may have been owned by Lorenzo Zambrano. If you have any background on this car, please share.

    Hi, im new to this group. I am also looking at some assistance in knowing how to find out where my Testarossa originated from. I am the owner of a TR which has an imported plate. Carfax shows first registered 1990 with delivery miles. Car is also 1990 build. Due to over demand back in those days and a huge waiting list, I would assume the 1st owner couldn't wait so paid a high price to get one ASAP. I am told the owner was a prominent dentist, the 2nd owner passed away so the window only knew so much. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you haven't already, check out http://www.red-headed.com. It can't provide much about your car but it does show VIN sequence in terms of US and Euro cars. What color combo is your car? I also have a 1990.

    Mine is black/black. I just checked the link. Thank you. Well it says its US version, KE BoschJettronic. I thought all US version hand the auto belt lap slider as standard. Mine is manual and sure enough the decoder states its manual. Doesn't say anything else about other options the car would come.

    CORRECTION= Mine is not the Auto Shoulder belt, it is manual. Although I thought all US Delivered was automatic shoulder belt. Strange that this is manual.
