    Question for the kit masters.

    I'm working on the 1/12 250 LM from Profil24. The photo etched wire wheels are not so great so I purchased the MFH 1/12 Borrani wheels. My intention is to use the resin tires from the Profil kit with the MFH rims but, how do I get the tires around the rims? I'm thinking of cutting the tires in half crosswise and then glueing them back together around the rims.

    Thoughts?

    That's one way to fix it. You might have to trim it down some also.

    That should make for a great model, cool 70's subject, spyder let's you see the cockpit, color scheme is bold, 1/12 is a great size. If I modeled Porsche's I'd consider it.
