I noticed Ricambi says Not available. Did you try used from Ferrparts? I bought a few things from them, but it has been several years.
The £7.75 ones are aftermarket, probably standard black screws in suitable length (I assume they are M6). Maranello Classics has them but for the similar price as Eurospares. https://www.ferrariparts.co.uk/part/ferrari/157757 If you just was black button head screws or Allen head, hardware store will usually have them. But don't confuse black zinc plated for black oxidized. Black oxide will rust.
