My GTC wheels were just rebuilt by Brightworks in Piqua Ohio.
To say their work is phenomenal is an understatement.
They look BRAND NEW and perfect.
I would recommend them to anyone. Image Unavailable, Please Login

put in each a bulb, mount them on the wall or on the ceiling and you have then in your living room "borrani light" ;)

While not slated to become quite just decorative “furniture” or “ceiling/wall lighting”, I took the opportunity to clean and detail these while replacing tires, which were (way) past due for nearly a decade and half (!?!) and I refused to test drive the car with old ones (I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I’m not stupid).

to be period correct/authentic, date stamp the inner rim and use clip on wheel weights.

Hi, Ed - I really don't care for the clip on weights. I use stick on weights, out of site behind the spokes.

TTR - I will convert my wheels to "tubeless" as per my post a year or so ago.
    I HATE inner tubes!

    Hi, All!
Thanks for all the nice replies.
Mr Longstone - thanks for that information. I will pass it on.
The company that did the restoration to is indeed a Borrani authorized restoration facility.
Regarding tires, since my GTC is an everyday driver, I do not use high-performance tires but instead I use standard Uniroyal passenger car tires.
They are long-lived, ride well and are excellent in the rain.
PLUS, they offer whitewalls - I like to be different!
I'm not a member of any (Ferrari) club but my GTC has been awarded "Best in Show" TWICE at the Hilton Head car show - the only car in the history of the show to accomplish this.
I guess the judges didn't mind the whitewalls.
    Regards to all,
    Bob Zambelli
