$161k. Buyer's fee is max $5000.

No sale @ 250K hammer PLUS 10% - buyer willing to pay 275K

Pretty shocked...everything I heard was beware this car. Perhaps the oracle(s) were not correct.

 

Was the buyer going for 300?
Cs/scud is as wide as its ever been

 

I mean, iLusso has the car listed directly at $285k. Buyer/seller not that far apart.

Wonder why anyone would say negative things about this car. It is one of the cleanest and smoothest driving CS I’ve encountered and recently serviced at a dealer.

 

What have you heard? No point in being vague. Either say it or don’t.

 

Great to hear. Perhaps the intel was incorrect then. Buyers can do their own research.

 

You shouldn’t bad mouth a car you know nothing about. He said she said means nothing.

I did research on this car 2 years ago then bought it from Ilusso. Did a service and check up. Everything is perfect. Am selling because I’m making room. That carbon 16M is mine also. Moving on to buy some HyperCars. I’ve had the CS in my garage for over a year and a half so I’m not sure what “story” people can be talking about. Also have been buying from the guys at Ilusso for over 10 years. Great guys and never had an issue.

 

^Sounds good. GLWS. As noted, sounds like the advice was inaccurate. My apologies if so.

 

Thinking about buying a CS. Currently have a Speciale. Those who have both, how do they compare?

Words can’t describe adequately. CS is raw, loud, visceral, and speciale is civilized, smooth, grandma can drive. Both awesome cars

 

How is gearbox shift speed vs 430? Had a F430 F1 in the past and hated it.

Archaic. But part of the charm if you accept it’s “vintage” now, LOL.
I’m just back from a long drive mountains to Malibu and up the coast in the CS. It’s superb. But you have to be in the mood to accept the idiosyncrasies every time you take it out.
Personally I think it’s just brilliant.

The 458 is a Camry relative to a CS, if that makes sense.
