How do adjust the Portofino steering wheel?

I had a Cali T with the switch you refer to but I can’t find a similar switch in the Portofino. The manual says there’s a switch on the left steering column but I can’t find it. I wonder if there is a manual adjustment?
Is the power wheel adjustment optional? probably so if you do not have the switch on the steering as shown above. If so the manual adjustment is under the steering column about where your knees are when sitting in the seat. Ferrari made the power adjustment optional(from being std on ‘09-12) in 2013 on the 458 so probably did the same on other models at the same time.
