Just stay in a lower gear and no drone, I never use 7th
Now fully charge it. Then disconnect the power to it. wait 24 hrs and then reconnect to power again. See if the LED's are still blinking. If they are leave it on until they stop blinking. Your fully charged. Then find where the battery in the car is opening the flap. Use your phone light if necessary not the NICO. Identify the +ve and -ve terminals. Store the unit behind the passenger seat and your ready to go the day you will need it. Best insurance money can buy Good luck and enjoy your beast
Why store it behind seat? I keep mine in frunk. There is a manual compartment release under steering wheel if you need to get it if battery dies
And speaking of exhaust someone saw me driving by and posted this on instagram. Was just leisurely driving home at low RPM's but with valves pinned opened I think it sounded great and damn the 488 looks like pure sex on the road https://www.instagram.com/p/CGfbDH8B3qx/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
I do like the colour scott61. I was told that having them pinned open isn't a straightforward job. Can you remember how long it took your garage?
I was in and out in less than 2 hours, it's very straight forward job They just had to drop diffuser and plug the lines. I think cost was a little over $400 but this was at Ferrari. I'm sure you could find an independent shop to do it for less. If I had access to a lift would have just done it myself, I have done this mod in the past to one of my Audi's and was simple since could access lines without removing anything
Sounded awesome! How do get the headlights/parking lights to flicker, and rear fog lights to come on?
Lights are not flickering, it's just the way LED lights look in videos. To put on fog light just need to have headlights on and then press fog light button. I am looking at converting that light to an F1 Brake light Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks! It looked like the rear fog lights came on when you stepped on the brakes, I thought that you may have connected the rear fog lights with your brake lights. Converting it to an F1 brake light would be cool!
