My Ferrari factory original color certificate on my '90 t mentions "GRIGIO MET FER700/CV (NONSTAN). I have no clue what if anything might be non-standard?

Something about this car I really like. I've been keeping my eye on these as I miss my prior two 308's and the 348. Both of those models are raw, classic and super easy to work on. I learned to replace the timing belts from an Italian mechanic in Los Gatos several years ago that gave me a special love for the car's accessibility to DIY the maintenance. My wife promised me another car when we sell our home which got me thinking a 360 which is obviously more modern but I keep going back to old school. IMO, the Mondial has just as beautiful lines as a 360 in their own right. Comments from owners would be appreciated.

Maybe it’s the light off the sign but the color looks champagne. Nice.

Would you mind taking a shot of the interior and the name of the color. One of the early owners of my 83 QV dyed the interior black and I am thinking about going back to the saddle but haven’t been able to track down the original color.

As far as I know, my interior is the generic "tan". It does look slightly different, depending on the light.
