So I'm looking for cars for my daughter, and found two very similar Expeditions, both being sold by dealers in Oregon (where she lives).

The dealers provide a copy of the window sticker, and one is from Canada, has a higher MSRP even though they are the same model (slight variation), and a warning on the sticker; "THIS VEH. NOT INTENDED FOR SALE OR REGISTRATION IN US"

    I've attached the window stickers.

Anyone know why the price disparity (Canadian dollars vs usd?) and the warning?

We passed on the vehicle, but it was odd to see the warning.

That warning I believe means the warranty is no longer valid if sold outside of that country/market.
