Number plate worth more than the car! Ps: can someone tell us why there are little 458 available for sale? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I’ve noticed that. Only 1 Italia and 1 Spider on Carsales? Only 2 488 Spiders as well. Hopefully that picks up next year.
I know a few people looking for one. They sell for mid to low 3’s for an early one, what else can you buy that offers what it does in the Ferrari range? 488 is similarly priced offers more performance but the turbo loses that NA soundtrack and the design is not as ground breaking as the initial 458 lines were. It’s the last NA v8 with a screaming 9k redline and clean simple lines. Owners probably holding on to them. Don’t blame them.
I'm sure it would have overtaken those cars Under braking at entry to that very corner, and is just about to power away down the straight.
It boils down to the current cheap credit climate. Cheap to re-finance when leases comes to an end. If the interest rates were alot different, the market would have an abundance of 458s to choose from.
Was at my auto electrician today and he had a very tasty Bristol 411 in the workshop. As I was leaving I noticed a maroon 308 GT/4 with 360 rims on the footpath opposite, looked a bit tatty but that just a quick glance. John
We just got back from picking up essential supplies (ie. scotch), and saw this beauty out enjoying the sunshine. Made me jealous. I wonder how long it'll be before I can drive again... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I've been having a quiet St Hallets dessert wine after lunch Was signed by Murray Walker back in 1988 Only have a couple of small ones every once in a while Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Haha no, it actually was signed by Murray in '88 at St Hallets in the Barossa. The Jag club has paid him to have lunch with them but he kept coming over to us to talk GP racing and was a very nice man. To try and get rid of us the Jag boys bought us the wine and asked Murray to sign it for us and then told us to piss off
