Sounds absolutely absurd and ridiculous. Id be partial to a 355 Challenge actually. There are a few in Australai and they can be registered and driven here. But a 'stocko' 355, no thankyou. For what they sell for here, the extra AU$80K I had to invest to get one over a 348 was not worth it IMO. A 355 Challenge car costs around $40K more again, but at least that is a little more special. Only 117 Factory 355 Challenge cars and not many of those were RHD. So I would buy one of them, but I think I will settle for something newer like a 360CS or 430 or 599. But that will be many many moons away for me. Im not that rich. Even a 355 Challenge would be a few years away.
Hey no need for that I was just a genuine invitation to join the "hair gel" club!! Did they make a 355c in your driveside configuration???
Join the hairdresser's club you reckon. No one knows for certain how many factory RHD 355CH cars were made. Out of the 117 factory 355CH cars, they "reckon" around 30 were RHD. Give or take. Not 100% sure. There are around 6-10 RHD 355CH in Australia. 3 Aussie Fchatters own them and another one is for sale that I know of. Saw another one for sale 2 months ago also. The owners told me that 6-10 is a close 355CH figure in Australia. And I want one of them. Awesome cars.
Yes it may even help you with the ladies ! That would be killer! I wonder how many are "street legal" in the states? I believe they are even less expensive? I wonder if there any street legal 348C's in southern california?
From the owners of them here in Aus. Im sure they have mentioned 117 factory 355CH many times before. 104 does not ring a bell to me sorry. I will find out and get back to ya.
I have 2 books written that quote 104 CH and 104 SF cars--not sure though 100% just going by the books
Leave it to eyeman1234 to always pull up any old picture thread from the bush era. LOL I'm curious at how you find all these?
