I have a disassembled and cleaned, 330 engine, with sleeves already removed that needs work. Recommendations needed, please contact let me know. car is located in Ohio thx Chas
Sorry, but my reply with “??” was referring to your request for “Recommendations needed”. Not that I can offer anything useful, but it may help others to know what specific recommendations they’re asked to provide.
I would “assume“ (perhaps incorrectly) your engine builder/shop should know how to deal with it and anything else. If not, perhaps time to look for another one. I can’t see any useful advantage asking advise or recommendations for anything of that nature in an online forum, but again, perhaps that’s just me.
Sorry, this apparently didn't come out the way I meant it and maybe I just didn't quite understand your initial intentions/objective.
Hi Chas, Feel free to give me a call, even if its just to give you some pointers for when you start talking to machine shops your side. I currently have a 330GTC in for new liners. Chris
Like i say, feel free to send an email or call, if there is any second opinion or information i can help with I will. Glad you found somone you can trust, have fun with the project.
I don't know if he is still in business but Francois Secard is and excellent Ferrari mechanic. Last I knew, he was somewhere near Greenwich, CT. Bob Z.
I am putting the finishing touches on a fully equipped engine machine shop and Superflow 902s dyno cell. Plan to be open in a month.
