I love the way the car looks with that front spoiler. And the color is sweet!

Update. Still waiting for DMV to send me the title. Apparently it takes a letter a month to leave the dmv to the post office. Recd a letter dated june 17 in late july asking me to obtain a bond as there was another car with the same 5-digit VIN, 10454, in Ohio. Turns out it's a 1949 Willys CJ2. (that's a jeep). I can see why they're confused. Jeep, Ferrari, they both have 4 wheels and an engine. Ohio dmv website is easy to navigate and see the result. Now 3 levels up at dmv, they say it can be done if I just get another vin verification at CHP. Piece of cake, just wait on the form they'll mail to me. That's 3 weeks ago. Still waiting on form.
Other than that, as soon as I have title, it goes on BaT at no reserve. I want the space.

wish you’d seen my ad last year. Dealt with same thing. Solved it by adding “F106AL...10400” as multiple old trailers and vintage cars ended in 10400

it was so ****ing aggravating lol

Ohio has shut down most administrative departments, some are back open with a reduced staff and/or locations hence a lower level of service. Last week I needed an "out of state" inspection and new HIV number for a sailboat that I acquired from a friend who lives in KY. Usually I could walk 100 yards from where I dock another boat at an Ohio state park to the office and have the process done in 15 minutes. That office has been closed for 6 months. I found that only a few Watercraft Offices are open statewide, the closest about 60 miles away. Calling them I found that inspection appointments are currently 4-6 weeks out. The DMV probably is pretty much in the same situation. Unlike many other states, Ohio DMV is usually pretty efficient.

As far as Ohio, fortunately I was able to obtain the info I needed (and a screenshot thereof) on their BMV website. Runaround from them might have sent me postal.

I already have a 348 for the street (nearly 20 years) and one for the track. 2 car garage. I bought the gt4 as a project-literally in boxes. A great project, and now done. That was my pleasure, the project. I'm very happy with the result, but I just can't keep them all, I don't have the means. I need to bring the race car home. It's been in Dave Helms' shop while the gt4 is in my garage. Time for somebody else to drive and enjoy it. Great car.

    BTW Robert engine #01165

Damn, I wish I had paid attention... I have the spare wheel that matches your four on the ground, and I need the original Cromodora that you have. It would have been a great swap. :(

I almost bought one at $18K, back in the '80s, so "we have come a long way"......still the German one at $135K in our ads...

The GERMAN one is cool but the color combo to me is odd. The paint is too nice for the interior condition.
