    Hello Rossocorsa1,

I have to say that the models in the enclosures look so stunning.

I am totally new to models so can you guide me as to whether there were any original ones issued by the Ferrari Factory to the new owners of any of the 288 GTO, F40, F50, and Enzo? And if so, then where can I acquire them and what is the reasonable market price (I recall the Enzo car having had a model by the factory as accessory).

If no factory original is available for any of the above model, then what is the name of the beautiful model in enclosure you displayed and, again, source and market price please.

    Thanking you in advance,
    Karim

Thank you for your compliments. As for your question, I cannot say definitively if Ferrari ever issued scale models to the original owners of the 288 GTO, F40, F50 or the Enzo. I am fairly certain they did with the LaFerrari and the LaFerrari Aperta, as this is the case currently for all new Ferrari customers. That said, all my models are Amalgam 1:8 scale. I purchased them from Amalgam and they are super to work with on any details you wish to include (for a price). As for the double stacked lighted display units, I designed them personally and had them built by a display cabinet maker in Colorado. I hope this helps.

    Thank you for that information.
The model, its base, it’s enclosure, the light from the top and stacking two at eye level on a table is so nice. You see them at eye level (they are large but not too large) and this allows you to be able to appreciate their beauty much more, dare I say, than owners having them covered in garages. I think it’s the second best to having an architecturally designed display of the cars themselves in ones house.
    Enjoy!

Hello, I also have such a Ferrari F40 model in my collection, but unfortunately there is no book, could you tell me there is a mention in the book from which chassis number this copy was made?

Hi, the model is of one of the prototype F40's. Can not find any specific chassis mentioned. The number which can be seen on the base is related to the number of the book

Thank you for the answer, I understand that the model is made based on this car presented in the book?

In the book is no particular chassis number mentioned for the model. The model is not related to a specific car. Even on the pages which covers the production of the model such thing is not reported. See page from the book:

Some of You have superb collections of high quality models. Mine looks quite less impressive, because its in 1/24 scale, which means it is almost exclusively Bburago (with two Jouef Evolution cars). But I was able to collect quite comprehensive review of Ferrari's history - almost 50 cars, from 166 MM to SF90 Stradale.
