The original green would be pretty rare, and original. But looks great in dark blue. Enjoy.

I have rebuilt Koni shocks on the rear on my GTC4. They now have Schrader valves to be able to add nitrogen, or some other inert gas. Shocks do bottom out on bigger bumps now.
Does anyone know the correct pressure for them?
    Thanks,
    John

The Jeff LeBlond rebuilds? I just put some on my 365GT, and I need to add some nitrogen, as it now sits too low in the rear. I have also noticed the bottoming out, but hoped that was because it needed a little bit more nitrogen?

The LeBlond rebuilds don't last. The only way to do it right is replace the self leveling units with new coil over Konis. Fix it once and fix it right. I did this 15 years ago to my C/4 and until I sold it, the ride height was perfect. I still have the self leveling units, rebuilt by LeBlond in 2005, which failed six months later. Let me know if you want them!

Mine were not done by Jeff. Rear does not sag, but does clunk when hitting a big bump at speed only, otherwise great smooth ride.
Just think a bit low on pressure. Need to know what pressure they should be.

Could be caused by numerous things in the suspension or undercarriage.

If the ride height is correct, adding pressure won't fix the clunk. IIRC the nitrogen pressure is around 500 psi.... could be wrong on that. You may have difficulty finding someone that has the equipment to generate that kind of pressure. And it is likely to leak down again anyway. Nitrogen is a pretty small molecule.

    It's not 500. I can't remember and I'm not near my notes but it's 200 or 300psi. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I talked with Jeff who rebuilds them, he says 500psi. He also said if no sag in rear they are good. If low rear will sag as coils on front set will not hold it up alone. Mine are good in that regard. And I did find the Jeff did the rebuild on them, so all good for now for mine.

I had the exact same experience as you did. The rebuild was a total waste of time and money.

Now that interior color combo reads/sounds like it would qualify for WOW !
Definitely a contrast for the “appliance“ exterior color (Sorry, never been a fan of white vehicles).
