According to a race car driver for Lambo who posted an IG story but deleted it is the HP number is slightly higher but for emissions/homologation reasons its rated lower. Lets see once the car is tested if this is true. And I have to disagree about the Performante looking better. I loved my Performante but styling was always meh. The other issue with the Performante was it was basically a Huracan with a wing. They didn't touch the interior, they never added anything special to the car except for ALA which Lambo has all but abandoned. At least with the STO they've added some cool features, race brakes, magnesium wheels, calm shell hood, carbon interior door panels, 75% of the exterior panels are carbon, air scoop and the list goes on. The STO is what a Lamborghini should be, it's aggressive and not everyone is going to like it and personally I would put my money on the STO over a 765LT for various reasons.
Sto, you guys finally wore me down about how crappy 488 is so traded it in for this 2020 Evo AWD Spyder yesterday. Car is a blast to drive and feel more involved. And my plate matches again Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Easy, STO. Just put down a deposit. Played with the configurator. https://configurator.lamborghini.com/configurator/presets/MBV-22361-2021?lang=eng&country=us The basic car is pretty much perfect. No need for the contrasting colors on the outside, or the stickers. (If you want to go with contrasting colors, or matte...hello Mr. Local clear bra installer). The standard 'color' for the exterior pieces (painted orange in the press car) are matte black carbon-reinforced plastic. 3/4 of the car is CF. Only the doors are alloy. Bottom line, the BASE car is pretty much perfect. $327k.
I have a Lotus Evora 400 for track, and I really liked my 488....till I came here . Funny how on the Lamborghini forum where I spent a lot of time when I had my last Huracan found they really like their cars
Dang they have about a hundred colors to choose from, way better than the Ferrari configurator. I feel they blew it though should have been at least 700 hp or more.
Here's my spec... Image Unavailable, Please Login I don't like the door logo, it should have been on the fender like the SV/SVJ and I think the STO looks plain especially in white without the stickers and contrast trim
Lambo will put that 631hp to the ground better than most realize. The PDK style transmission will work awesomely...the STO is the street version of the Super Trofeo.
Another version of the same car? Clueless much? The STO is the street-legal version of the Super Trofeo Race car. RWD, 37% more airflow efficiency, 53% more downforce and 95 lbs lighter than the already light Performante. 2951 lbs curb weight because 75% of the bodywork is CF. New Brembo CCM-Rs, roof scoop, integrated shark fin, magnesium wheels, rollbar, 4-point seatbelts. STO all day every day.
And yes...to answer your question....he cluelesses all the time. All day, every day. Every chance he gets, he’s more than happy to clueless.
Wont count the 458 but yes 488 , F8 and actually the Pista. so would you say Huracan , Huracan Performante , Huracan EVO and now this Huracan STO then add AWD , RWD and hard Top and Convertible.

But happy you can remove all the fluff or keep it if desired. Nice to be able to choose. I loved my Perf Spyder, but didnt like interior, and the exterior side skirt treatment always bothered me. Loved my blue color. I find the STO to be more aggressive and fixes my issues. I went more basic but think it could use some contrast. This is my classy spec: what do you think?
