Should be able to do this from the Settings menu in the left TFT display. (This can be done with the ignition on but engine off, or with engine running but car stationary. However, the Date-Hour submenu cannot be accessed when the car is being driven.) Press the Back button on the left side of the dash to bring up the left TFT Status screen; using the right-pointing button on the left TFT screen control "wheel," toggle across to Settings (gear wheel icon at far right) and press OK in the center of the control. This brings up a menu of several adjustable items, one of which is Date-Hour. Use the down button on the control to highlight this, then press either OK or the right-pointing button to enter the Date/Hour setting submenu, toggle down to highlight Time, press OK to access & set to desired time. (12-hr or 24-hr format can also be chosen here.)

Not particularly intuitive, but it works!

    Ok
So what if when you push the left side BACK button, while sitting, nothing happens?
But while driving it does work but only to dimming menu items

Maybe press Back button while driving to get to Status screen, then stop in a safe place and see if going to Settings has Date-Hour option available? If not, maybe go back to Status screen, shut engine off & try again while TFT screen is still active...

It is quite the adventure to change the clock in these cars. Good luck. It’s easy once you figure it out though and then proceed to forget when DST rolls around.

In my 2018 488 GTB, the quoted procedure(s) will consistently work when getting in car & turning ignition on by pressing Start/Stop button without depressing brake pedal, and/or starting car without driving off. If that's not the case with yours, it would appear there are electrical gremlins at work! :(
