Started my 2007 F430 last Sunday and blinking check engine light came on (I have cat-less headers so I’m used to check engine light). Car sounded different and felt sluggish while driving and didn’t build up power so we determined cylinder #3 had misfire.
We changed all plugs and coil pack and car ran fine for 15-30 minutes, and afterwards lost fuel pressure to entire bank of cylinders on right side (same side as original issue with cylinder #3). Fuel pump is getting power. Help??!

There is only one fuel line between the output of the pump and the rail so assuming you don't have a massive leak from the said line, I'd say your fuel pump is busted.

Agree if getting power to the fuel pump and still inop— then bad fuel pump.

Thank you, that’s the next logical step to pull it out and test it. Yes, no gas smell and the pumps are original to the car so 13 years old. I’ve read that about how long they last. Thank you for the info!!

Any other items that potentially could be the problem in your opinion?

Can you confirm how you knew you had power at the pump? Could you hear it running or did you measure the voltage?

If there was voltage, I assume the relays and ECU control were ok (The pump is commanded to run when engine rpms exceed 40rpm).

Not Ferrari-specific, but I would check the fuel filter for signs of rubber/plastic debris. Also, check the fuse & holder to see if there is any melted plastic. Failing pumps sometimes have a tendency of putting stress on the electrical system.

Yes, we checked voltage, checked fuses before than and all is looking correct without any visible issues in the fuse box.

I would try reversing polarity on the fuel pump connector temporarily to see if you can unjam it. I'm a cheap bastard.

Pump is dead, reversed polarity did not work

curious, how do you know the ecu commands the pump to run if over 40rpm?
