    GT is more blue whereas AL is more neutral. AL is a 4 layer. Priced like it too. >$30K...

    GT was my second silver choice...

    That looks like one of the spec's put together by the factory for the test drive cars and as dealer demonstrators. If so the upper colour is Nero, the lower colour Blu Medio and the dividing cockpit band is the new semi-anilina leather in Grigio Chiaro. This is a photo of the same interior.

    Got invited by New Country Motorcar Group to a Roma driving event last week.
    Thoroughly enjoyed the 45 minutes of visual, audio and tactile pleasure.
    The driving modes were all explored, fun to get a little sideways.
    Took some highway, back roads, smooth and bumpy surfaces.
    Major gratitude to the NYS Trooper who didn't mind us...
    ..decelerating from 140 in his speed trap.

    Personally, the Roma fits my driving style better than the 458/488.
    I love the pared down styling of the exterior, the cockpit and details.
    I expected the engine bay to be better detailed (my salesman cautioned this is a pre-production car).

    Seems an outstanding value at $220k, though I believe my salesman said our test car was optioned to around $260k.

    Seems silly how many people who want to order this car but are asking for others advice. If you can afford it, take your own advice. Buy what you want. Not a salesman or or random internet poster.

    Not sure I agree, in fact your opinion is the one that seems silly to me

    For a lot of people (including myself) this still represents a very large amount of coin to drop on a car and getting confirmation, advice, or input on how to spec I think is perfectly reasonable and if anything very prudent IMO. That way you can consider different perspectives you might have not thought of, or have your own reinforced. Lots of great advice on here across the board, especially on things like upper dash reflection, opinion on colors in the metal, things like magneride suspension or other options for someone who hasn't had the opportunity to test drive or see one, and so on....
