599/612 Upgrade suggestion for F1 Pump

Having removed one recently, I was wondering if the likes of Hills Engineering or someone similar in USA can work on a modification for the hose in this picture. (I have worked on boats and the Volvo Penta has a very smart design of using a bypass T on such hoses. Its T point is normally fitted with a small PLUG so no air can pass through as it's for the water cooling systems. For tests, you can open the plug and add water using a garden hose.) A similar system could be made with a new hose as an upgrade with a plug. To top up the oil will become a much simple task by just opening a screw and refilling and then plugging it from the bottom. Much simpler than the existing design of special tools just to open the cap. Just a thought. I see the Maserati 4200 has the same basic hardware too.
