    Somehow the light switch for the pop up lights on the TR is broken and does not function or only functions intermittently. Seems I need to find a replacement part or have one fabricated. Any suggestions on either option would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

    If you mean nothing seems mechanically wrong (i.e., the stalk knob still rotates correctly from off to on and back again and feels OK with proper detenting), but the electrical function is intermittent, that sounds like a wire has become desoldered. If you do a search on something like "headlight switch solder" you should get a lot of threads that have pictures about how to fix without needing to do anything other than disassemble the stalk knob itself (or if someone knows how to find those relevant threads quickly please post).
