Ferrari F8 Tributo

I completely tuned out the rest of the car after I saw the plate mount. Why would anybody want adaptive cruise control on a n F8?? On a GT, perhaps. But on an F8???

 

I have all those safety feature on my Liberty and actually they are all great but like you said on a F8 or any rear engine Ferrari , why ?

No. It like going to a movie theater and sitting in the first row. Yes, you see the movie but you can't fully appreciate it.

 

Not the same. At the theatre you have no choice. With a fast car, there is an acelerator pedal that allows the driver to control the speed.

Amazing how well the F8 wears any color

 

But the car doesn’t come alive until you’re deep into it’s envelope.

My car is still in NY, held by Customs. Who knows how long it will take. I keep getting these different feelings. Kind of get excited some days and some days, I feel like just telling the dealership to keep and sell it to somebody that wants it.

You’ll have to figure out these special launch modes he’s referring to.

 

For sure I have noticed that when you use launch control it seems like it takes a second before the car takes off. I’m sure that has to do with controlling spin off the line. However if you’re at the dragstrip with a sticky surface there must be a better way to get a harder launch.

 

Ive always noticed that in my Ferraris too. There’s a slight delay before the rush.
